  投过一篇关于三腔起搏器的文章，只要文章主题有新意，文章投中的难度不大，编辑的要求也不高。编辑提出的问题很专业，对问题的回答很宽松，但是要求发表文章的作者引用他家的两篇文献，收费不是很贵，总共版面费加reprint的费用大概4千多人民币。

  投过一篇临床研究论文，质量不咋地，被拒过，投IHJ1一个月有了审稿回复，两个审稿人让小修，没有任何实质性的要修改的内容，编辑要求发表的文章引用该杂志的两篇文献。 The reviewer(s) have recommended publication, but the Editor suggests some minor revisions to your manuscript. Therefore, I invite you to respond to the Editor's comments and revise your manuscript. I note that you have not cited articles published in International Heart Journal during 2014–2015. Please consider to cite as many articles as possible from International Heart Journal when you revise the manuscript. This is in order to improve the impact factor of IHJ, and I would very appreciate if you try to find suitable “Int Heart J” articles by Pub-Med.   杂志的审稿速度很慢，动不动就是2个月以上，如果着急毕业的不建议。

  刚发了一篇，基础研究方向的文章，被拒了。杂志比较看重文章的新意，版面费比较贵，减了一个图还需要人民币8000多，这还不算彩图的，但是编辑态度非常好。
