Fentanyl transcutaneous strap is a kind of long termed opoid drug for treatment of moderate and severe pain.Its commercial name is Duoridge.It exchanges once every 72 hours.It can directly jump from step I to step III in clinic use.It is a safe and effective choice for those dying cancerouspatients,and is practicable in child cancerous pain.It has no significant difference in pain relieving compared to morphine.It has less lethargy effect of day time than morphine but causes good sleep at night.Adverse effects of Duoridge are less than morphine administrated per os.
