显微手术治疗蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤36例
蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤(sphenoid ridge meningioma,SRM)是脑膜瘤常见类型之一.尤其是内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤位置深,与周围重要神经血管关系密切,且供血动脉复杂,因而手术全切难度大,术后存在不同程度的并发症.作者自2005年5月至2010年8月采用翼点入路对36例蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者进行显微手术切除,取得较好疗效,现报告如下.

石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水中银时程序升温的选择
目的:优选石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定银的程序升温条件,了解生活饮用水中银的含量.方法:用SRM响导针对信号进行数学建模,确定灰化和原子化温度,并用此条件对水样进行分析.结果:优化结果为灰化温度:501℃,原子化温度:1796℃;在0μg/L~ 20 μg/L线性范围内,r=0.9993.准确度和精密度较高,符合检测要求.结论:SRM响导设置简单,易于操作,大大优于人工选择;随机测得的水样中银的含量均低于限值(O.05mg/L).

Oral estrogens are directly associated with changes in plasma levels of coagulation proteins. Thus, the detection of any variation in protein concentrations due to estrogen contraceptives, by a simultaneous analysis of both coagulation proteins and estrogens, would be a very informative tool. In the present study, the merit of photo-selected reaction monitoring (SRM), a new analytical tool, was evaluated towards estrogens detection in plasma. Then, SRM and photo-SRM detection modes were combined for the simultaneous analysis of estrogen molecules together with heparin co-factor and factor XIIa, two proteins involved in the coagulation cascade. This study shows that photo-SRM could open new multiplexed analytical routes.

高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定动物肌肉中硝基呋喃类抗生素代谢物
用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS-MS)同时测定动物肌肉中呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃西林和呋喃妥因的代谢物.盐酸水解组织中蛋白结合代谢物,同时加入2-硝基苯甲醛(2-NBA),37℃过夜衍生.上清液调pH值7.0后,用Oasis HLB固相萃取(SPE)柱净化.采用电喷雾电离(ESI),正离子,选择反应监测(SRM)模式检测.三离子原则,外标法定量.定量限(LOQ)5-甲基吗啉-3-氨基-2-唑烷基酮(AMOZ)、3-氨基-2-唑烷基酮(AOZ)均为0.1ng/g,氨基脲(SEM)、1-氨基-乙内酰脲(AHD)均为0.5nng/g;检测限(LOD)AMOZ、AOZ均为0.05ng/g,SEM、AHD均为0.1 ng/g.在添加浓度0.5~10ng/g范围内,AMOZ回收率为65.4%~91.3%,SEM回收率为62.7%~94.6%,AHD回收率为63.9%~89.4%,AOZ回收率为67.8%~90.9%.相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4.8%.
