Monitored Rehab Systems训练对退行性脊柱侧弯老年人慢性腰背疼痛的治疗作用
目的观察Monitored Rehab Systems训练对退行性脊柱侧弯老年人慢性腰背疼痛的治疗作用.方法将42例退行性脊柱侧弯慢性腰背疼痛老年患者随机分为两组:对照组进行6周物理治疗,治疗组进行6周物理治疗和Monitored Rehab Systems训练.分别于治疗前、治疗6周后使用疼痛数字评分(NRS)、下腰痛评价表Oswestry腰痛调查表(OSW)进行评估.结果对照组患者腰背部疼痛和功能障碍有所减轻(P<0.05),治疗组明显减轻(P<0.01),治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05).结论Monitored Rehab Systems训练能够有效减轻退行性脊柱侧弯老年人慢性腰背疼痛.
