Gamma钉模拟体内应用后生物力学测试
Objective To investigate stress changes following application of Gamma nail in modally body.Method Gamma nail was placed femur in isolated intertrochanter fracture.Pressure test was made using Almighty Material Testing machine under static and dynamic state and standing with single leg to learn about secondary fracture,bending of machine,flexion,penetration of femoral head,disjunction of fracture line and so on.The results were compared with those of goose head nail fixationa and normal femur.Result Under static pressure,Gamma nail can better endure pressure of 2 000 N compared with goose head nail,disjunction of fracture line was less than 0.9 mm for Gamma nail.There was no evident difference in moving down of the femoral head between Gamma nail and goose head nail.Gamma nail can endure body weight.Conclusion Gamma nail is designed based on mechanics,and can endure body weitht and be applied for various intertrochanter fracture.

防旋股骨近端髓内钉和Gamma钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的比较研究
随着社会老龄化现象的加剧,股骨转子间骨折的发病率逐渐增高[1].保守治疗不仪给患者带来很大的痛苦,且易于导致严重的并发症,早期手术被认为是减少患者卧床并发症、提高生活质量的主要方法.我院自2001年2月至2007年6月采用瑞士AO/ASIF设计的防旋股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nailantirotation,PFNA)和美国Stryker公司设计的第二代Gamma钉共治疗166例股骨转子间骨折的患者,现对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析比较.

股骨近端髓内钉和Gamma钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的生物力学研究及临床疗效观察
股骨转子间骨折是老年人的常见病,早期内固定手术治疗可减少长期卧床所致的各种并发症,降低病残率和死亡率.从生物力学观点来看,连接有股骨颈内滑动加压钉的髓内钉系统更适宜作为股骨转子间骨折的内固定物[1].笔者通过比较目前治疗股骨转子间骨折常用的两种髓内固定系统股骨近端髓内钉 (proximal femoral nail,PFN)和Gamma钉的生物力学性能及临床疗效,评价二者治疗股骨转子间骨折的优劣.
