血府逐瘀汤对膝关节周围术后患者Fig、D-二聚体的影响

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤对膝关节周围术后患者Fig及D-二聚体的影响.方法:将行交叉韧带重建术及膝周骨折切复内固定术患者60例,随机分为常规对照组30例和观察组30例,对照组予以抗炎止痛、功能锻炼等对症处理,观察组在对照组基础上加服血府逐瘀汤,观察两组病例术前及术后纤维蛋白原(Fig)及D-二聚体的变化.结果:术前2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),术后第1天、第2天、第3天两组比较,各项指标差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),术后第7天两组差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:血府逐瘀汤对术后前3天高凝状态具有明显改善作用.

肝脏疾病四项凝血指标结果与分析

肝脏疾病时PT、APTT、TT、Fig均有不同程度的异常,同时检测四项凝血指标能比较全面了解肝病时凝血因子的减少程度,可以帮助判断肝细胞损害程度,以及由此掌握临床治疗的指征,并对预防出血有重要意义.目前,临床诊断和治疗肝病时凝血指标检测越来越受到重视.

Ture cysts of the adrenal gland are lined with endothelium or epithe lium.Most lesions are asympomatic and are discovered incidentally.They may produce s ymptoms because of hemorrhage.CT findings of cysts include(Fig 1):① Cyst are well-marginated, nonenhancing, homogeneous, fluid-cont aining masses;② The wall may have thin peripheral calcification if previous hemor rhage has occurred.③ Cyst contents have characteristics of simple fluids(＜20 HU)unle ss hemorrhage has occurred.

Pulmonary Embolism

Contrast medium-enhanced CT is commonly used to diagnose pulmonary embolism (Fig 1).Use of radionuclide imaging and pulmonary arteriography have decreased significantly in clinical practice.

Appendicitis

The normal appendix can be seen on CT as a thin-wall tubular structure surrounded by mesenteric fat.It may be collapsed or filled with air, fluid, or contrast material (Fig 1a).The normal appendix does not exceed 6mm in diameter and has a sharp outer contour defined by homogeneous low-density fat (Fig 1b, 1c).The origin of the appendix is between the ileocecal valve and the cecal apex, always on sameside of the cecum as the valve.Approximately one third of appendixes course inferomedially from the cecum, whereas two thirds are retrocecal.
