趋化因子在嗜酸性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中的价值研究
Eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps is an immune inflammatory disease with high incidence rate and complicated mechanism.The target of treatment is still unclear.Chemokines,as an important component of immune inflammatory response,playing an important role in the pathogenesis of eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,and being one of the focuses of the researches.It is discussed in this paper that the role and possible intervention measures of the chemokines combined their specific receptor in the occurrence and development in the eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,trying to find new therapeutic targets and provide new ideas for priceseand personalized treatment of the disease.

CCR3受体与气道变态反应关系的研究进展
变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)是严重影响人们日常生活的全球性健康问题之一,其发病率占世界人口的10%~20%[1].它是上呼吸道鼻黏膜的慢性炎症反应,当特应性个体接触变应原后可出现大量水样鼻涕、阵发性喷嚏、鼻痒和鼻塞等症状.变应性哮喘和AR同属气道变态反应性疾病,具有相似的病理生理学特征.变应性哮喘患者常同时罹患AR,有学者认为这2种疾病是同一种病理机制,即呼吸道黏膜慢性变态反应性炎症在呼吸道不同区域的表现,并提出"一个气道,一种疾病"的理论[2].气道变态反应性疾病是以大量炎症细胞,尤其是嗜酸性细胞浸润为显著特征的Th2炎症反应.其中,CCR3受体信号通路与嗜酸性细胞浸润的发病机制密切相关[3-4].CCR3受体与相应配体的结合使炎症细胞,包括嗜酸性细胞、嗜碱性细胞、Th2淋巴细胞和肥大细胞等在炎症反应场所聚集.同时,也激活了G蛋白偶联细胞内信号级联放大效应,并导致炎症细胞的重排、变形和位移.本文从CCR3的结构、表达和功能,CCR3配体,CCR3受体信号通路,CCR3拮抗剂与气道变态反应性疾病等方面阐述如下.
