肩部滑膜结核伴蚕豆体形成一例报告
We described a rare case of a patient with unilateral musculoskeletal manifestation of tuberculosis presenting as bursitis of the left shoulder with broad bean bodies, with coexisting active tuberculosis or tuberculosis in the previous history. The 72-year-old patient was examined, who complained of swelling in the left shoulder for 6 months. B-scan images showed a large number of broad bean bodies in the left shoulder with intact rotator cuff. The histological examination showed a tuberculosis-specific inflammatory response with eosinophilic granuloma and fibrinoid necrosis. Surgical excision was done and the loose bodies were removed. Also, a brief summary of the literature was given.
