低效价抗-C致回忆性迟发型溶血反应1例
To analyze one case of hemolytic transfusion reaction caused by low titer of anti-C antibody.The blood samples of the patient was detected with some serological tests,including ABO typing,Rh typing,irregular antibody screening and identification,cross matching blood test,etc.The patient's blood type was O,ccDEE,and IgG-C antibody was detected in serum,the titer of the antibody was 4.It is necessary to select red blood cells of donors with the same Rh phenotype as the patients who need long-term blood transfusion or pregnant women,in order to avoid the memory hemolytic reaction caused by the iso-antibody.
