今年8月1日至6日在香港国际会展中心由香港工程师协会生物医学分部、中国康复医学会、中国假肢与矫形器学会等16个单位联合举办了第11届国际假肢与矫形学会世界会议(The 11th World Congress of the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics,简称ISPO'2004),65个国家1500名代表出席会议,其中参展商400名,学术报告总数544篇(口头报告252篇),产品展台183个,展地面积3900m2.

光动力医学基础研究和临床应用的进展--2005年SPIE Photonics West年会光动力医学热点透视

一年一度的光学工程学会(SPIE,the society for photooptical instrumentation engineers或the international society for optical engineeriing)的西部光电子大会(photonics west)于2005年1月22～27日在美国加州圣荷西(san jose)召开.该会议分为研讨会和展览会两大部分.和以往的会议相同,本次大会的研讨会依然是分为生物、激光、微米-纳米材料制作和光电子学四个主会议,共有75个专题分会.其中生物会议(BIOS)包含32个专题分会,涵盖以下4个主题:(1)治疗和诊断,(2)激光和生物组织的相互作用,(3)临床新技术,(4)纳米和生物光电子学.与光动力医学和光动力学疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)相关的发言基本都集中在前两个主题会议中.这个研讨会是自1989年以来北美地区集中展示和交流当代光动力学疗法基础研究和临床应用的一个重要国际学术活动.展览会则是展示光学产品、激光产品、生物医学用光学产品,以及图像成像技术的全球大的商业和科技博览会.其中生物会议的参会人数达1 200人,参展厂商达85家.本文根据本次研讨会中的光动力医学的发言内容,以及与部分作者的交流讨论和有代表性的相关文献,对本次会议所反映出的光动力医学基础研究和临床应用的热点问题及新进展作一系统的综述,以便国内同事们更好地了解国外的研究现状和未来的研究方向.

体外冲击波与成骨活性因子

体外冲击波疗法(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)目前已被广泛的用于骨缺损、骨不连、骨折延迟愈合、肩关节周围炎、高尔夫球肘、网球肘、弹响髋、跳跃膝、跟痛症及跖筋膜炎等的无创、非手术治疗.近些年国内外又有人将ESWT用于成人股骨头缺血性坏死Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期(Ficat分期)的保守治疗[1];在欧洲,治疗骨肌系统疾患的例数已经超过碎石患者."国际骨肌系统冲击波疗法联合会"(The International Society for Misculoskeletal Shockwave Therapy,ISMST)于1999年在英国伦敦成立.

抗阻运动训练对心脏移植患者的影响

心脏移植已经从初的实验阶段发展成为今天被世界上大多数国家接受的可以有效延长终末期心脏病患者生命的先进治疗方法.《中国心血管病报告2010》统计2009年中国大陆心脏移植量113例,心肺联合移植3例.由于有可靠的供体组织保护措施、详细的手术技术以及几乎标准化的维持性免疫抑制治疗,心脏移植的存活率已明显提高,美国器官资源共享网络(united network for organ dharing,UNOS)数据库统计2007年美国不同医学中心心脏移植患者术后1年存活率平均为88.9％[1].中国协和医科大学阜外心血管病医院胡盛寿等[2]报道了从2004年6月-2010年5月单中心完成心脏移植手术200例,术后1年、3年和5年的存活率分别为94.4％、91.9％和88.8％,远期存活率高于国际心肺移植协会(The International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation,ISHLT)的结果.心脏移植解决了慢性心衰终末期的很多症状,并提高了左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)≤20％的患者的生存率.

第11届国际假肢与矫形学会世界会议简讯

ISUOG早孕期胎儿超声扫查应用指南解读

目前国际公认的胎儿解剖结构超声评估的孕周为中孕期，但早孕期开展胎儿超声扫查可使胎儿畸形筛查时间提前、及早筛查胎儿染色体异常软标记，为致死性胎儿畸形的孕妇提供较早终止妊娠的机会。因此，早孕期胎儿超声扫查受到越来越多的重视，已成为产前超声研究的重要方向。国际妇产科超声学会（The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology，ISUOG）临床标准委员会（Clinical Standards Committee，CSC）2013年发表了早孕期胎儿超声扫查影像诊断实用指南，本文对其主要内容予以解读。

ISUOG实用指南（更新版）：胎儿心脏超声筛查指南解读

本文是对以往国际妇产科超声学会（The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology，ISUOG）发表的关于孕中期胎儿心脏超声筛查常规[1]的修订和更新版本，为产前超声筛查先天性心脏病的新观点。新的ISUOG指南与其他指南相一致，推荐将超声筛查胎儿心脏的左右心室流出道观和四腔观列入常规筛查。

ISUOG多普勒超声产科应用指南解读

国际妇产科超声学会（the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology， ISUOG）临床标准委员会（Clinical Standards Committee，CSC）所发表的实用指南。涵盖了胎儿-胎盘循环中如何规范化应用产科多普勒超声技术，并提出胚胎及胎儿安全性使用超声的问题，建议当有临床需求时再进行多普勒测量检查，并尽可能设定低能量水平时进行。ISUOG曾制定过孕11~13+6周胎儿多普勒超声检查规范[1]。在进行多普勒超声检查时，其热能指数（thermal index， TI）应≤1.0，检查时间应尽可能短，通常不超过5~10 min，长不超过60 min[1]。

血管瘤和血管畸形的研究进展、经验和展望

经过十余年的广泛临床应用,国际脉管性疾病研究学会(The International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies,ISSVA)有关血管瘤和脉管畸形的分类已得到国内外的公认,可以超越学科和亚专业的界限,为研究和临床工作提供较理想的认知标准.血管瘤和脉管畸形(如婴幼儿血管瘤、葡萄酒色斑、静脉畸形、动静脉畸形和淋巴管畸形等)的定义被广泛接受之后,现在需要了解和认识更多常见的病变和不熟悉的概念,如迅速消退型先天性血管瘤(radiply onvoluting congenital hemangioma,RICH)和不消退型先天性血管瘤(non-involuting congenital hemangioma,NICH)、KM现象(Kasabach-Merritt phenomenon,KMP)、球形细胞静脉畸形(glomuvenous malformation,GM)等(表1).

ISPD产前诊断与治疗第14次国际会议

2008 年6月1日～4日,国际产前诊断学会(The International Society for Prenatal Diagnosis,ISPD)在加拿大范库弗峰隆重召开了产前诊断与治疗第14次国际会议,来自全球各地的产前诊断专家和学者出席了本次会议.ISPD现任主席DianaBianchi和院长GavinStuart为会议致辞.

第45届国际儿科肿瘤协会(SIOP)年会简介

规范药物流行病学研究(GPP)指导原则简介

外阴上皮内非瘤样病变病因及发病机制研究进展

外阴上皮内非瘤样病变(Nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulvar,NNEDV)是指女性外阴皮肤和黏膜组织色素改变和变性的一组慢性疾病.1987年国际外阴疾病研究协会(the international society for the study of vulvar disease,ISSVD)将NNEDV分为三类:①外阴鳞状上皮增生(squamous hyperplasia of vulvar,VSH);②外阴硬化性苔藓(lichen sclerosus of vulvar,VLS);③其他皮肤病(other dermatoses).
